This is my first time building a PC, and I'd like some advice on my current build before I make the buy. If there is anything I can tweak, for better performance or to save a couple bucks, any pointers would be much appreciated! Thanks.


Budget:
Under $4k, preferring to stay around $2000-$3600

Expectations:
High FPS and great performance in games that are pretty graphics-heavy. (Think FFVIIR, Far Cry 4, MH:W, GTA V, etc.)

Usage:
Primary use will be gaming, and maybe streaming.

Special Needs:
My office is kind of dusty, and my current desk doesn't do any favors for keeping dust out.
