So I recently received My Lumos PC and I ordered the thermaltake rgb fans.
My question is all 5 thermal take fans are stacked in front of the pc in taking air. Is there a reason for that or should I place 2 fans on top to push air out. Didn’t know if there was a reason for stacking the fans in front. Right now I’m getting GPU temps of around 70 c on COD It’s a decent temp but if I could get it to a steady 63-65 I’d be happy. Thanks in advance. |

Just out of curiosity did you order liquid cooling? If so two of those fans are probably what is right behind the actual intake fan.
My Lumos has 6 Corsair LL fans, three in the front, two on top, and one in the back. It also has the AIO Stage 2 liquid cooler for the CPU and that is right behind the three intake fans.
Is that what is looks like? |

It looks like this I have no top outtake fans. It looks like this was just curious if this was what it was supposed to look like. If so I want to install outtake fans on the top. |

Congratulations on your system. Very nice. ![]() That is not stacking. There are three fans in front and two fans behind the radiator which happens to be installed also in the front. So you have the rad sandwiched between two fans which provides for more flow and better cooling. The top (2) and rear (1) fans are probably pushing air out. Three in three out. Enjoy. ![]() ![]() Oops, was looking at the wrong image. It is a strange setup. Maybe you should give DS a call to check. All Lumos images on the site show fans on top.
