I don’t know why this is happening but when I turn my pc on my mouse will flash on the turn off instantly same with my keyboard. My monitor also has no display. Fans are running, led in pc is on everything is working.

What I have tried
- Turning PC on with no gpu ( still happens )
- Taken out my RAM cleaned it with eraser put it back in ( still happens )
- Taken out my CMOS for 5 minutes put it back in ( still happens )

Try turning on with one RAM stick at a time. One might be bad and not letting the system boot.

Good luck.

It could also be a failing psu and when the system requires more power on full boot, the psu is unable to provide it. Maybe!?

I still think it's hanging up on something during the boot process. Did you disconnect all the peripherals (keyboard, mouse, ext. HDD/SSDs, sound, etc) to see if it boots up to the Windows screen? And then add them one by one. I'm guessing now.

Sorry but I'm not the best at diagnostics.

Try a different set of RAM sticks or test your RAM in another system to rule out memory issues.
