	The CPU selected is not a better gaming chip than the Intel 9900K. If this is a gaming rig, as suggested by your choice of GPU, the extra cores/threads will be wasted. The Intel chip is 6% faster, and many $ cheaper. It's somewhat like a luxury sedan vs a sports car. What you want for ganming is the faster one. You can even overclock it a bit for free. Do not overclock your GPU on air alone. The gain would be barely noticeable while the extra heat generated would be considerable.
