I have had my PC for almost 3 years now but lately it has been stuttering and running slow when playing games or starting up games. Also recently I have been getting a white screen on both of my monitors whenever I minimize a game to switch over to the next screen or when I try to start up a game. Also when I do get the white screen of death whenever I restart my pc it will show the windows 20 setup screen as if it was new but when it does take me to the main home screen all my apps will still be there which I thought was weird.
Its been like this for about a month or so. I get no error messages or anything. I have tried to reset my pc as in new and close programs even close programs at the start up but still is running slow and stuttering. I am not sure if I need to upgrade my ram or gpu or even cpu anything will help thanks. Below is my current config besides the Power Supply I had to get a new one because my old one Blew out. This is just a guess from the less intelligent side of the room... are your drivers up to date?
I'm sure The Smart Guys® will be along shortly to help out. If not, you've still got your lifetime warranty with DS! |

I'm not that tech savvy for fixing things. This one seems a bit of a puzzler, but I think you might start by checking out your UEFI BIOS settings for anything that's not reporting correctly. For some reason, (unrelated to actual knowledge) I'm thinking there may be a fault in your RAM somehow. Just a total guess.
In any case, we don't seem to have too many troubleshooters prowling the Forum these days, so make use of your Lifetime Support with DS tech ASAP. E-mail [email protected] for starters. All the best.
