My new computer that I purchased in January won’t power on its a $5000 PC I have had 0 issues until now I already started a warranty ticket and would like to know how long will it take for me to get a new part or pc?

Still nothing from Digital Storm... My computer is under warranty it will not turn on 0 POWER! What do I do?

Call them. In my recent dealing with Digital Storm they ignored about 75% of my digital inquiries. Had to call them to achieve anything.

Sorry you are having problems.
Connect the pc directly to the wall outlet if you have a surge protector on. Did you try to power on with the start switch on the mobo? Could be just a bad remote power switch or a bad psu. Unfortunately, if electronic hardware is going to fail it usually does it within the first couple of months.
Are there any lights on anywhere?

I agree with Tidgxor that DS is better reached by phone.

I have tried all of that I did the paper clip test and the PSU is no good. I have the Corsair 1000e. I just hope nothing else was damaged and that just the PSU is bad.

Does the PSU have a circuit breaker? If so, try resetting it and test again. Best wishes.
