Performance drop

 

My system has recently had a significant drop in game access times. What I mean by that is when I click on a tab to open up the games there is about a 45 seconds or longer delay between the time a click on a tab and the tab actually opens. (I play Battlefield 2 MOD AIX2.0 the most). The game startup times have also gone up from about 30 seconds to load the game to the menu to about 5 minutes! I have not upgraded any components or added any new software and have not been able to determine the reason for this problem. If anybody has any ideas to help me I would greatly appreciate it.

 

I did a 3D Mark06 system test with these results:

SM2.0 SCORE: 6257

SM3.0 SCORE: 7905

CPU SCORE: 2690
