Photos opening and closing

Hello...

I have a client who uses the Photos program on his Windows 10 computer. When he opens Photos it displays a blank black screen and then closes. It is only open for a few seconds.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this without changing the whole computer?

Hello all,

Just an update. After a few days of research, I contacted some local IT people to see if they had any ideas. One of them sent me this website (shieldground.com/how-to-troubleshoot-microsoft-photos-in-windows) and advised me to update the app - problem solved.

Hope this helps someone else in a similar situation!
