What exactly does the Ageia HP PhysX do and is it necessary if I'm going to purchase the 295 GTX?

i think u dont need that accelerator card coz nvidia VGAs already got PhysX on it, and if im not mistaken... nvidia bought the physX from da previous company... so U DONT REALLY NEED THAT! its just a waste of money and PCI slot!
