I am currently runnung a GTX 465 and I was wondering how one would install a dedicated PhysX card and what possible choices for cards would be good?

Mostly MMO's such as WoW, but also Need for Speed Games and Call of Duty

None of those use Physx.. so adding a dedicated Physx will do nothing. Your card will do Physx now, if you find  a game that uses it.
