I plan and purchasing a new rig. I will install the new DX11 cards on it when they are released, (because apparently installing your own video cards does not void the warranty of the other parts). I want input on this computer.

drop your psu to 1000w, the 1200 is too warm and too loud.

led fans are very loud, zalmans are suppose to be little less loud.

1TB for HDD1 is a bad idea, go with 500GB

the haf has better airflow and temps.

you never want a big HDD for your os, its difficult to manage, search, scan, backup, defrag,etc.

you always want a light fast HDD for your os/apps/games, and then a bigger but slower drive for HDD2 for storage.

drives for HDD1 should be veloci or better yet ssd. the 500GB and 1TB HDDs are for storage as they are slower.

yes, I'm no sound expert but sound cards do provide better sound from what I understand.
