Welcome to the forum cfrancis1998 ! So video and streaming huh...
Maybe you can refine what you are after a bit more.
Top end budget?
Did you look at the various case models...any you liked?
What monitor(s) and resolution do you plan on using?
Gaming? What do you play?

Welcome to DS. If you post what monitor you will be using, the gurus can configure a system that will work best with its resolution without wasting resources ($).
Enjoy the process. Big%20Smile

OK I’ll throw out a fairly strong build under $3900 for video-centric demands using the Lumos case....Config 2228642.
Uses the RTX 2080 video card and i9-9900k processor with free mild overclock, with 32 gb RAM. Tinker with those selections as desired...there is a slightly stronger video card but it’s a $600 additional cost (RTX 1080 Ti).

A medium strength video centric build in that same Lumos case under $3200......Config 2228669
Using an RTX 2070 video card that can run most things at high settings, and i7-9700k processor with free mild overclock & 32 gb RAM.

See what you think...
