Please Help, High-end 3D Graphics Build -8k Budget

Hello, I am looking to build a high-end Graphics work station. I have never used Digital Storm before, but I have done some looking around ant this looks like exactly the place I want to get a computer from. I am simply not computer hardware savvy enough to make this large purchase on my own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Budget:
$8000.00usd - Just Tower. I have the monitors and other peripherals.

Expectations:
High-end, 3D modeling, video FXs and video editing computer. I need a reliable, all around, workstation that will last me a few years.

No gaming, just working. Lots of HD video, After Effects, and Cinema 4D.

Usage:

50% After Effects / 50% Cinema 4D

HD video, rending, composting and editing. High-end photo-real 3D graphics. Particles, global illumination, reflections and blurs, dynamics, all that good hardcore render stuff.

Special Needs:

Can be as loud as a jet engine, don't care. Would prefer not to use liquid cooling; I am not familiar with servicing or maintaining LCS .

So you think something like the NVIDIA PNY Quadro FX 4800 1.5GB would be more prudent for this build?
