Hi guys,

My friend has a new computer with AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz w/windows 8, he says CPUZ and real temp does not support this AMD chip (8 core).

Do you guys know of any reliable program?

Hi darbedo...   Try updating HWMonitor to the latest version. It checks cpu and gpu temps.   Also, I've heard where "package" temp is what works for some.  In general it does seem to work for some but not others.
 
Try AIDA64...  Its the latest and the one DS recommends.  There is a free 30 day trial before paying the $39 for the license.
