We entered stage 7 last week and our account says it was estimated to ship within 1 business day of 8/5/2020 but we haven't had any updates since then.

Sorry for the wait. I was able to check on your order and it looks like it is just waiting on the Keyboard/Mouse combo to come back into stock before we can ship the system out. The good new is that the Keyboard/Mouse combo will be arriving tomorrow, so we will be able to send your system out tomorrow.
