hahah are you going to post sperately for every peice of non DSO hardware you pick?LOL
personally id stick with one of the big names, corsiar/king/mushkin, outside of that, it relies on the entire system and its purpose, its hard to pick just one part of a system. but a generic answer would be 4gb via 2x2gb 1066

Mushkin or Corsair DDR2 Dual Channel RAM.  I think your mobo can support all DDR2 RAM clock speeds, but I would need to look up your mobo to be sure...

I'm an OCZ fanboy.  Haven't had any issues with them at all in over 6 years of using their products.

if youre getting DDR2 might as well get 1066, DDR2 is so cheap right now there isnt much reason not to get fairly high performance versions of it.  OCZ, Corsair, or Mushkin are brands id recommend.

I'm running G.Skill at this point, and am extremely pleased with it. I agree 100% with SunFighter. There is no reason not to go with higher binned RAM at this point.

I'm running 4GB (2x 2GB) of G-Skill 8000 as well, OCed to 1066 (5,5,5,15) and it runs amazingly well and was very very cheap.
