Well firstly, what is the resolution you were planning on operating with? And what's the budget we're looking at? What are you using the comp for? That'll determine what vid cards ya need more than anything else. We'll figure out OC/LC later.

Refilling the reservoir will depend on your case and setup but someone more experience can comment on refill times. Talk to DS about brandname and item code when you get it. They should provide you some information you can work with.

I'll pitch up a recommended build once i'm able to, apparently they turned save off so it's difficult to transcribe here. It ended up being $4130 before any discounts were applied.

As far as video cards goes, the best out right now is the ATI stuff but you may only need 1 card for those screens. 2 would make sure you have awesome graphics on the TV but you may not need it. You can afford it though so 2 would be a safer bet, and you can LC them easily on that budget if you wanted. Though again, it's all about what you need. I'd wait for someone else like DST4ME (who somehow has the likely ability to get on that page we can't see) to offer up some advice.

Sorry I can't help more atm :(
