Is more than 1 video card neccesary
Is water cooling neccesary
 is a power supply over 750w neccesary.
Should i upgrade the motherboard

what res will you be gaming at? what is the budget? are you planing on going cf/sli in the future?

my buget is about $1600. I paln on a high res like 1680x1050. yeah i do in the future.

Should be plenty for that resolution. Im not sure what your hard drive needs are. I would drop the Blue Ray and install it yourself when you have extra money. Same thing for the Microsoft Office (Make sure when you buy microsoft office they offer a free upgrade to 2010 that comes out this fall) Spend your money on getting the most performance first. 1600 is a tight budget for a nice system. Do you need to include a monitor in that 1600? The guys will tell you that you will want a larger power supply than 750w if you plan to add a second card, however by then you may just be better off installing a newer more powerful single card.
 
This setup is only limited warranty. Your budget may be too small to manage for blackops. We'll see what the other have to say

Gpaint has a good build, tho I would go with a sniper or 932 if the budget allows and win7 pro, but if you can't then that is fine also.
