Is it possible to change an order at Stage 1, and if so, how?  I want to upgrade Hard Drive 1, if possible.  Do I contact the sales email address, or some other address?

Thanks!

I think there is a number to call that routes you to India for order changes.  If you get a little man by the name of  Achmed, you're screwed!

You should call them rather than emailing about any changes.  Although I've seen posted here recently that any change you make to your configuration could delay your order by 3-5 additional days.

I changed the processor mid-way into the order and it didn't seem to delay the order.  Switching from air cooling to liquid cooling would delay, but small changes like upgrading the video card or adding more ram, etc.. shouldn't delay it, there should be no reason for a delay.

You CAN make changes and they just charge you the price of the upgraded part.

Believe me.... due to heat issues, after it was all built, I had to add Thermoelectric Cooling and then later a bigger case.  That alone was two two more tear downs and rebuilds.  And then they found the mother board was no good.  Rebuild number three, that I knew of!

Call them.  They love to help you upgrade with no upsell fees for changing.  Anyway, that was my experience from a month or so ago.

Ya it only took about 2 minutes for them to upgrade my graphics card when I called, no extra delays or anything.

Sweet, thanks for the replies.  I'll give them a call on Monday.  It just entered Stage 1 late on Friday, so hopefully it won't delay anything.
