Hi everyone,
I've been struggling to make decisions on my own regarding a possible first-time build, and was wondering if it's possible to communicate back and forth directly with a Digital Storm employee outside of these forums (ideally by email), in order to ask questions and receive suggestions throughout the process. I've been in the market for a new gaming computer for about 3 years now, but have had a really hard time deciding on components by myself, whether as a do-it-yourself build or through a service like Digital Storm. I'm leaning more towards a Digital Storm purchase at this point, but have a lot of questions as I've had some terrible computer ownership experiences in the past, and would like to avoid them as much as possible this time around. Thanks for your help! |

The forums here are 95% all DS Customers and fans. Most of the regulars have had DS machines for years and are very familiar with the company and practices. There's a lot of good information here and available.
Having said all that; you can email DS at [email protected] or [email protected]. When you realize, as we have, that Digital Storm is much more interested in customer service than just a sale, you'll know that they be there to help every step of the way. Good luck and hope to see that "Verified Customer" badge. |

Hi FirstTimeBuild, Welcome to DS. The forum members are a diverse group of people with a lot of cumulative knowledge and a willingness to share it.
(well, maybe except a few like me , but even I know when to ask the experts ) Let the forum know what resolution your monitor or monitors are going to be, what you intend to do with the system and budget and voila, you will get the best advise for your $$ for configuring a pc for you. Guaranteed. |
