Would someone please show me how to edit a webpage link, as instead of the whole url, I can show "Link here", or something similar?

When you type a reply, click on the picture that has a globe and link below it. It's to the left of the smiley face.

Thanks Alex, but I think I titled my post wrong.
Looks like that icon you mentioned is to put a link into a reply.
What I'm trying to find out is, once the link is in the reply, how do I change the text (and link) so it reads "go here", or "link here" instead of showing the whole address .
Sorry for the Comp 101 questions...
