My pc won't turn on at all. I am sending it back but am unable to reach the tech support agent I spoke to that started the process. I was filling out the forms needed to send it back. On there it's asking that I remove passwords and personal information from the PC. As I am unable to do that would it be a big problem? How would this situation be dealt with?

Call Tech Support and ask them. They should be able to find out who you spoke to and get you the information you misplaced.

As for the passwords you really can't do that if it won't start, can you? Make sure they know that.

Hopefully you have backups of critical information in case they need to reset Windows.
