Ok just bought a computer from you guys and it runs great.except one issue. While gaming the computer or monitor goes into power save mode randomly. I have all the power save mode options on never too.
I have a dell u3011 playing at 2560x1600. 3 gtx 570 's, 16 gigs of ram a 3930 k processor 1200 watt power core |

I don't have any easy answer. Try unplugging and reseating monitor cable both ends. Is monitor plugged into top left DVI port, closest to mobo?
Try plugging mouse and keboard into different USB ports. Did you put HDD into 'never' in advanced power saver options? |

Is it possible the monitor is and pc not going into power saver?? You hear music.
Monitors go into power saver when they don't detect a video signal. I would try the other dvi port on your u3011 and if that doesn't help try different dvi ports on your gpu's. Maybe intermittant bad cable. Edited by bprat22 - 12 Mar 2012 at 12:13pm |

Also check the menu settings within the monitor itself. See if there is a power save mode or setting you can adjust.
