Last night i turned of my comp. By the start button then hit "shutdown". but my screen lights were on, so was my keyboard lights and mouse lights... um why?

It maybe a PSU "glitch". Things like that happen sometimes. Does it happen constantly? Even though you "turn off" your PC, it is still always using some power.
