Hey everyone. I was wondering if my tier 3 vanquish 2,   600 watt power supply would be enough to handle a gtx 780 and if not what would be a good power supply wattage for it? Thanks! :)

AFAIK, the 600w PSU is plenty for the GTX780.

The smart folks who aren't guessing will be along shortly though.  I'd take their word for it over mine.  Smile

Question:

Are you buying this brand new?  If yes, then you should look into a GTX 980.  Uses less power, it's newer, and it's more powerful.

Otherwise, a 600w will run it,but you'll be limited on future upgrades. No more video cards after that.  That 780 will be using up like 30% of psu under load.

Also, bprat is partially right on any brand.  While brand will work, it's the model we need to look at. An EVGA GTX 780 Classified uses more 8pin connections than a reference 780.  So you need to make sure you have the power connectors to power whichever model you pick.
