Power supply wattage requirement for I9-10900K?

Soon to buy a new computer.

Specs:
Core I9-10900K
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super
1 tb Samsung or some other brand PCIe nvme m.2
32 gigs of Corsair or Gskill ram or similar
240mm or 360mm liquid cooling for cpu


How much wattage should my PSU be ? I don't want to stress the PSU, so looking a Watt capacity that is comfortable but not overkill.

850Watts? 1000Watts?

Does the brand matter? Any difference between Corsair or Enermax or Seasonic?

850 watts is more than sufficient, even with up to two 2080 Tis in SLI.
