   I just wanted to send much praise to DigitalStormJames.  

I have been lurking on the DSO's computer configuration page toying with a new system for the last week.  Yesterday a message kept popping up from a Digital Storm representative asking if I needed any help.  I clicked no 2-3 times assuming it was an automated bot trying to irritate me.  Finally, after the 4th time I clicked yes and much to my surprise I was greeted with a real person.  None other than DigitalStormJames there to answer any question I may have about my configuration of my new system.  

I took the time to explain to James that I was quite a few months out from being able to order a new system (curse you Dell) but that I appreciated DSO's attention and support for potential new customers.  It's refreshing to see a company going out of it's way to provide customer support for people who aren't even customers yet.  

Kudo's to DSO for this level of commitment and to James in particular.
Alex make sure to give James a gold star, a raise, and a cookie at your next company meeting.
