Question: Can my PC run almost all games at 60fps?

Monitor: 27 Inch Curved Monitor

No it can’t.   The integrated, built in graphics isn’t strong enough.    Upgrading as I described in one of your other posts is the answer.     A gtx 1060 minimum and gtx 1070 ideally would do it.
