I recently purchased a DS Nova 15" gaming laptop, I turned off my laptop and when I tried turning it back on I got stuck on a black screen. When I restarted my laptop it said 'preparing automatic repair', I left it for a hour and it still hadn't booted up. Online I found that you can fix this issue but you need to get into the startup options menu. When I turn on my laptop I have no option to get to the startup options. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Advice for your recent DS laptop is to contact DS Support and let them help you resolve the problem.....
You have Lifetime Support...use it!

I guess Hockey's advice is the best action since it is still new and has a lifetime support.

DS Support are there to help you..   I have used them many times, and they will figure it out with you.   Learn stuff each time as well...lol.
