What about the services. How digitalstrom provide the basic services such as repair or upgrading. Is there any certified store of yours or thing else. There must anything which give support regarding products.

To repair or upgrade, you send your system to DS in California, and they send it back to you. If that's not practical for you to do, they will help you as best they can by phone and e-mail. They will send you replacement parts under warranty or as requested.
