So I made a order last Sunday for an G-Sync Asus monitor, before It processed I got a very nice email from John asking me if it as OK that it could take a week to ship due to market shortages, I of course said that was fine :)

Just out of curiosity, yesterday  I sent them a ticket just asking how everything was going and thanking them for their time.
And not more then 2 hours later I got a phone call from a gentleman ( I forget the name) Evil
... I just have to say dang DigitalStorm, I am very impressed with your customer service.
Not only was he professional, but he was very polite, and apologized for having waited so long ( Only 3 days lol! ) while letting me know what parts were on order and when they would get to the shop.

Talk about awesome!! Most places would have blown me off and gave me a generic e-mail telling me it was still processing.  So a personal Phone call was a very welcome surprise.

Well DS, you best believe I will be doing much more business with you guys in the future!

Glad to see someone just stopping by to share their good experiences. I have had the same experience with their CS as well. Quick responses (and even a few over the weekend) when building my system. Plus, my rig has ran nearly flawlessly for the past 6 months (only minor issues with Win8.1 upgrade).

Sorry to hear! The G-SYNC kits were on back order as I do see the team confirmed it with you on March 9th. However, good news is that new units came in today so we should be taking care of pending orders soon.
