Most forums I'm a member of have an option to send PMs to other members. Is that not available here? Or am I missing something? I didn't see a way to send PMs either from a user profile or from a forum post.
I wanted to send something to Alex regarding the forum that I didn't necessarily want to post about publicly, hence my question. |

For now we don't offer PM service, as we've had situations where customers would send team members messages for help that could get left unanswered.
