They're not supposed to be functioning, though, right?  Mine aren't.

The LT motherboard has 4 USB - and all 4 of mine on the back work.  None of my front ones work, though.

I have the A1 Revision MoBo and it has 6 in the back and uses the two USB Connectors on the MoBo for the 4 USB  and 1 Firewire ports  on the front.

Do you have a Media Card reader?  If so they would have to use at least one of the connectors for it.

I have the media card reader - so with the USB port on that, I have a total of 5 that work.

The 4 at the bottom of my case do not work - that would give me 9.

I thought I read on the forums here that they could not hook those up for some reason - is that not correct?

According to EVGA's website the LT Mother Board does not have any internal USB connectors, where as the A1 Revision Mother board has 2 connecters.  With out the connectors on the mother board you can not connect the front USB ports.

You'll have to check with DS, but I beleive I've seen in other posts that if you have the Media Card reader that the front USB ports will not be hooked up as the USB connectors are needed for the Media Card reader.

You'll have to check with DS.  Looking at the specs for the card reader it looks like it only needs a single internal USB Connector.

I have a pro case/media card and only 2 of the front usb ports work, i'm guessing not even places on the motherboard since i didn't get the A1.

The 2 USB ports have 9 pins connector, also 1 Digital Card Reader has 9 pins connector, so that if you have 1 Digital Card Reader, we have to un-plug your 2 USB ports. Thank you for your understanding.

Kenny advised me that one of my USB cables was unplugged, so I've reconnected it and I've now got 3 on the front and 4 in the back.

Only half of the 4 front USB ports will work.  One of the two 9 Pin USB connectors will be used for the media reader.  The other will be used for 2 of the 4 USB Ports on the front.

I do not have a media reader on my PRO  case and both 9 pin connectors are used to power the 4 USB ports on the front.
