Problem with 3D Vision

Ive got the ASUS 27" monitor at 120mhz, connected to my dual GTX 680s via DVI.
 
When I load games of course 3D comes up, CTRL T makes it work like a charm turning it off and on.
 
Now though I load up iTunes and my videos there and it goes into 3D mode which darkens my monitor.  I do the CTRL T thing and the light goes out on the monitor saying its out of 3D mode, but then it stops my video and stays in the darkened 3D mode.
 
Anyone else have this problem or heard of it?
