Problem with Order Status

Hey guys, I customized a computer yesterday and ordered it.

I checked the status and there seems to be a problem.  It says: "Upon processing your order details, we have encountered some issues. Please check your email or contact us immediately."


My order number is 5126...what's wrong guys?

Also, I havent received an email yet from you guys confirming my purchase.  I checked the spam folder and nothing's in there either.

I seem to remember reading that they're a bit backed up right now due to the volume of orders.  And... it's a Holiday for most.

Thank you for responding EdH63. In the case of the two orders above, it's not being backed up, but, payment issues. I sent PM's to both customers about the reasons. A email was also sent a few days ago about the issue, maybe the SPAM filters caught it.
