So i have had my computer for a few months now. At first it ran fine with no problems. Then at the end of March-2021 i started having shut down problems. At first the problem happened while playing games, the first few times i would be playing for around 30mins to 45mins and my computer would shut itself down with no blue screen, monitor would go to a black screen with nothing showing on it. Then there have been a few times where my computer would go to the blue screen and then shut itself down. Yesterday was on Digital Storms site and speaking to a Support Agent and right when i was typing an answer in my computer shut down on it's own. Now i have had a Support Ticket open on this problem a few times since the problem started in March. So far nothing has fixed this problem. Have gone through and followed every suggestion from their Tech Guy. Have tried reseating ram sticks multiple times and have also pulled 1 stick out and ran computer and then swapped other stick and ran computer but nothing came up as a problem with the ram. Have recently even reset computer back to factory reset and reinstalled Windows and again the problem is still here. I guess i am writing this to see if anyone would have any ideas as to what else i could try. Just getting a little frustrated that my Gaming computer can't play games. I reopened my support ticket on the 18th of this month and still have not heard from anyone.

I had an issue where the pc would work for 10 min. and then a black screen. After a LOT of digging by various experts with no results I found that the culprit was a faulty psu (Corsair AX1200i) that would power up and apparently after warming a bit, it would fail. Changed the psu and the pc is better than new. You might want to try that.
