Hello kasjr69... welcome to the DS forums.

There are a lot of factors that will go into the answer to the question you're asking. To start, what did you order? Some machines are usually pre-built (when DS isn't really really busy like they get over the holidays) which ship sooner. Then there are the really involved super custom special order machines that may take 2 months or more... but most fall in the middle area of shipping within the 15-20 business day window.

So, for us to put down our best guesses... what did you order? when did you order it? and did you opt for the expedited shipping? Have you received any "Stage" emails?

Lots of questions there, I know... but realize that everyone here has been through what you're going through at least once...

Lynx Level 3 builds ship around 10 business days once we have processed the order.

Its now going on 10 days in this processing stage one thing ... Would really like a clear , and direct answer to when my pc will be delivered ..

Hi kasjr69,

Your order is shipping very soon actually, we have it scheduled to ship early next week which would make it a 5 business day delay from the original up to 10 business estimate from when we processed your order in early January.

Please note, Stage 1 is the longest, and then your order will ship to shipped, there isn't much progress in between as we do them in large production runs. Here is a copy of the text from the stage update email you had received:

Your order is now in Stage 1 - Pending Production

Here is a summary of everything that happens from start to finish:

Pending Allocation: Your order has been placed into our backlog, our inventory department will begin to allocate a production run for your order and add it to our backlog. This process usually takes the longest depending on how busy we are.
