I go into my profile and I try to upload a picture as my profile but it won't let me. Do I have to hit a certain amount of posts to do this action? Am I doing something wrong?

I also think the Spam timer is a bit low (and doesn't actually seem to prevent spam) but maybe I'm too much of a blabber mouth.
