Forgive me if this topic has already been brought up. I did a search and didn't find anything.
I've ordered my new "I'm-logging-in-from-the-FUTURE-this-thing-is-so-fast" computer for DS on Sunday. I'm guessimating that it should arrive the last week of the month or so. But what to do about the computer I have now? It's one I built...eight years ago. I've upgraded the video card, memory, and hard drive about 3 or so years ago. I'm not really looking to salvage anything (I have an external drive I can transfer HD info to) however I could use some guidance on the most responsible way to put it out of it's misery...including the monitor (it's much older than the computer). Thanks for your help. :) |

Sasha give it to a place that helps out the needy, there is family somewhere that can put that PC to good use
or find a charity or something

How needy does one have to be to get one from you Harleyman? $100 K or less per year or does one need to be living on minimum wage?

Exactly my thoughts. On topic: If you could list the spec's of the machine i might be interested in some of the parts perhaps. Im looking into building a dedicated machine just for folding. Fold for the cause! ha |
