Well after shopping around and previous experience I have decided go with DS for my next system. I currently have a cyberpower system and their customer support and warranty department is non-existent, frankly I am surprised they are still in business. Anyway below is what I have put together, any better ideas or suggestions are appreciated. This will be primarily a gaming rig, running 1900 x 1200 resolution. This build is at the max of my current budget.

build looks good
, but you need to change your ssd to vertex and change your case to the 932. Edited by DST4ME - 21 Oct 2009 at 11:37am |

That pushes me out of my budget, how much difference is there between the two? Would a 10k be as good, or close to as good? I personally do not like the 932 case.

the 922 is a smaller 932, the only difference is that the 932 is bigger so it has bigger fans, better airflow and more room to grow, but its upto you.
why don't you go with a 500GB as your HDD1 now and then upgrade to a ssd next year? a 10K drive would be good but it not as fast as the vertex. vertex: 120GB Max Performance** Read: Up to 250 MB/s Write: Up to 180MB/s Sustained Write: Up to 100MB/ solid sate 2: 120GB Performance** Read: Up to 125 MB/s Write: Up to 100MB/s Edited by DST4ME - 21 Oct 2009 at 11:59am |

when you get the ssd just clone the 500GB to the ssd, that will move your os and everything in one shot.
just follow the clone guide in my sig ![]()
