EdH63, be nice Tongue There's nothing wrong with the PS3. Console is great for certain of games and PC for other types. Just a note i prefer the Xbox360 over the PS3 Big%20smile The PS3 online gaming experience is still way behind xbox live, IMO

I know, I know.  I go to Austin up North from me and visit my 10 year old Nephew and play his XBox on his dad's 72" Sony Grand Wega... and I hate it.

I hate it because it doesn't have the graphic detail that the PC produces and I can't stand the controllers.  I guess I'm just an old computer gamer that will never enjoy console gaming.  Console gaming just doesn't feel right.

And, console gamers don't put in the sweat and tears that PC gamers put in making the game run smooth.  You have to admit, PC gamers actually paint the portrait, while console gamers stand there and just view the painting.

I am a PC gamer!  I think it should be against the law to go console if your a PC guy! Wink

 
Anyway, I have seen some console games and they didn't do anything for me.  I agree with Ed on his take of the PC vs. Console games and gamers.
 
Thats just my opinion, but, I like how PC games look, sound and feel.

I am a pc guy at the core.  But I started of with the nintendo and always upgraded my consoles all the way up to the the new ps3.  I feel you on the controllers I seem to be able to do so much more with a keyboard and mouse.  I got COD4 for the ps3 as the first game to play, but using them joysticks on the controller is really tricky.  I had my brother xbox 360 for about 6 months but I never went online for the simple fact it was 4 dollars a month.  With the PS3 it is free and I conect with one of my neighbors wireless.
 
  I was never going to upgrade after my ps2 broke but I get gift cards from my work for sears as long as I do not have an accident each quarter.  So I had 300 dollars worth of gift cards for sears and decided just to get one it only cost me 130 for the 40g system. The real shock is the price of the games 60.00 buck ouch.
