Alex, this may be a strange question but can a person walk into your building in Fremont and order a system in person, or is a phone call or internet the only way to order a system? I live in San Jose.

I'm pretty sure you can make an appointment with them over the phone and order a system in person.

You can also pick up your system for free if you or someone drives you there. This is what I did with my laptop. The stupid tree was covering the building number...
