Seems debatable and everyone is doing it differently - curious to what your set-up is?
I have a H100i and it's pulling air from the outside and into the case (upper-right picture). Looking to possibly change it up with a 4 fan configuration? This is not my graph, wanted opinions. ![]() Edited by armoredsaint - 16 Nov 2013 at 9:35am |

Very debatable.
I don't have the H100i so hopefully others that do can chime in.

Pushing or pulling doesn't really matter. You won't truly notice any difference except for maybe a degree here and there, depending on internal air flow and ambient temps.
If you do a pull/pull config, you will also see a few degree difference, but nothing major. What you need to do is see if you have the room for the push/pull first, then determine your pressure in your case to determine if it's all exhaust or intake. You want positive pressure, plain and simple. |

i have the CoolerMaster Haf-X Full size tower, so definitely plenty of space. when you say pull/pull - do you mean the picture on the lower righthand corner?

You won't notice any real-world performance or stability gains from doing a push pull. The radiators Corsair uses are actually not a high fin density in which a push pull config would help with temps.

Recommendations or if there's a difference in mounting the Corsair fan on top or bottom of radiator like the upper right or right middle picture?
In blowing or sucking mode?

There is no difference in a push vs a pull assuming you have nothing blocking air flow inside the case. And even if you did have a thicker radiator, as Alex pointed out, you still wouldn't truly notice any lower temps except maybe a few degrees.
