looks fine to me, but id have to see the setup with a little more detail

prime95 is not "load temp"

prime is stress testing temps... my average prime temps are 10-15c higher than real load.. ie gaming and rendering

!ender is right, your core temps look good.  HWmonitor is reading your system max temp at 107C and min. at 92C, has it always ran at that temp?

Prime95 is load temp..a lot of people run Bionic, F@H ect, and the will push temps just as much.. just because one person does not use his CPU much does not mean that others don't. Having safe temps on Prime95 is just one facet of being stable.
Even some games that are very CPU intensive, that will use all of his 4 cores will push temps pretty darn close to Prime 95.  BFBC2 for example.  guys that are playing single core games saying that their CPU temps are good... well I suppose.. lol

Every 10C you can lower your temps will double the life of the silicon, and help in higher overclocks.. instead of looking at temps just barley under the ragged maximum, what about running them well bellow the absolute maximum temps?
what about having a little padding to take into account for higher ambients, and a little dust buildup on the fins?  leaving a little margin is an excellent idea.

a dual radiator would be a good investment.. going from single to dual will reduce the delta's by 1/2.. going more than that on your CPU will have extrememly poor return ratio.
If you don't mind noise pickup a couple of 38mm Panaflows 2800RPM, if you can find fome San Ace then even better yet. a good fan controller is nice on these, so you can have quiet, and power..
If you try different TIM, Mx-3 is what I would suggest, Mx-2 is great, but I have found Mx-3 a degree or so better. going from AS5 to Mx-3 could lower temps 3C. if the mount is good.. lol  and the temps might look the same right after you re-do it, but it takes a little while for Mx-3 to cure, and give you better temps.

ok thanks for the imput. the thermal paste like the mx-3 i tryed but it would never seat right for me so i went to more fluidy kind and  it it seated better for me. ya its always ran hot most of the time its with prime95 if i do occt it runs alot colder like 55 to 60c range thats at the speed its at now. in games as well it runs colder lots of head room thier, the most concern i have is stressing it and finding a stable point but i dont want to run it so hot that i  burn up my chip. if i use prime at 4.2 ghz with higher volts or course for stable ness it runs way over 70c i dont really know the max temp i could go with it before it burns up. i know intel says 71.4c but i heard people going 80c but that seems kinda high. A  dual rad might help me out some if i did that thou i would have to stick my rad on the outside of my case some how and run new tubing to it. i have like 7 fans in my case  three intakes 120mm and three exhast  120mm/200mm and i little one on my memory so a got alot of air flow. well i let my system run over night for 10 hrs and my results were this

The max temp set by Intel, is also TJ case temps, which no temp program reports. under heavy load, on a well overclocked CPU TJ case can be 15C lower than what the CPU temp program reports, so 85C on realtemp would be close to 69C-73C TJ case temp..

ok so i should be ok long as i dont hit my tj max? so does going higher than what intel says for a cpu temp going to hurt it at all say if it ran 70c to 75c temp range

TJ max is 100C, T case a Intel rated max of around 70C  but the programs do not report it. you would have to remove to heatsink to measure it.. lol
I like to keep temps under 70C but that is just me, you should be fine to 75C as reported in Realtemp.
