If you configure an Apollo system, you get a choice under Expansion Bay of the following:

Internal Digital Media Card Reader (Black)

Does anyone know what Internal Digital Media Card Reader this is?

DS hasn’t had the Apollo system in years. That said, you’d have to call DS to see what readers they are using at the moment.   Don’t think internal readers or optical are used, just external.
