Hi all.

I ordered a new Krypton on October 3rd, and it already passed Stage 7 yesterday. Said it would ship by today. I got anxious so I called customer service to see if I could add expedited shipping. She was very nice but told me since I'm in California, I should have it by Friday without the need for faster shipping, which seemed too good to be true lol. Anyway, I haven't received any notice it has shipped which would make it impossible to arrive tomorrow.   My question is, do new laptops ever ship without a tracking number or confirmation being sent to the buyer?

When it ships, they do send you a confirmation email. Probably hasn't shipped yet, but that's just a guess.

Wait until the end of the day for tracking details if it does ship today.

Unfortunately tracking info does not get updated immediately, its one of those long waiting games Confused
