Question about cables.

I purchased a DS system a few days ago and have a question about what cable to use to hook it up to my monitor. The rig i purchased has the gtx 480 gpu which i noticed has the connectors listed as two dual link dvi's and a mini hdmi. Until i can afford a regular monitor i am going to be using my TV which has hdmi and vga. I currently connect my laptop using the vga but i don't understand what I will need to connect the new rig. Any links to the actual cables would be great i need around 6ft in length. Thanks for anyones help.

If you got the EVGA GTX 480 then it comes with a mini-hdmi to hdmi cable. It should also come with a vga to dvi adapter. Other brands i am not sure.

Depending on how you want to connect your GPU to your TV search for either mini-hdmi to hdmi cable or the vga to dvi adapter
