I bought my current system  ~ May 2010 and have been extremely pleased with its performance. I've never so much as had one crash. It's the best system I've ever had.  Now it's getting close to the point where a new system is required.  Obviously I want another DS system.  I have a couple of questions.

The new website design if I had to describe it in one word would be tedious.  I'm just curious why the site is now setup to be less user friendly. It took me about 3 or 4 minutes (obviously I'm not a computer genius) to get to a config screen for one of your desktop options.  It irritated me enough that I felt I had to post a rant. Why change this?

Also why can't I find a config that lists a HAF case as an option? Have these been discontinued?

In short changes always give me pause and I'd like some reassurance  that DS 2113 is the same as DS 2010.  Thank you.

HafX is still an option under ODE for example.

I'll be honest, the new design has been really positive for us. It gives our brand a fresh look and is easier for customers to understand each model better and see images of the system.

I'm sorry that it seems more tedious, I hope that you are still able to see which system you would like to purchase, etc...

I think what the OP is talking about is the that there are 8 Main systems to choose from, but under the VIRTUE & ODE there are 10 other systems/cases to choose from and under the SLADE/HAILSTORM II there are 2 additional systems/cases to choose from.

We'll be changing some models around so that is why that is the case. We have some new models coming in.

True, there are always going to be certain cases we feature. The Dreadnought for example is very old, and there are newer cases out. Plus we have more on the way, so it's always going to change. We can't keep selling and featuring the older chassis designs.

Maybe I was just in a sour mood and over-reacted that I had to go through 3 or 4 pages of user reviews and fluff before I could find an option to configure a system or it could be that I got screwed with an Ibuypower system once and do not want to repeat that nightmare?

I got worried because everyone who comes to your site already knows the superior quality of your systems so it made me wonder why so much emphasis and space was being devoted to tell us what we already knew.   I saw this and thought maybe you guys were slipping.

Thanks for clearing this up.
