Im new, and not trying to be a jerk or anything. But how can you have a BBB A+ rating and not pick up your phone?
I've been trying to reach you guys all morning to finalize a purchase and I keep getting shoved into voicemail, no calls back. I can't even easily reply to emails you send me, you have to use that other system to send you back messages, which I'm just hoping someone is reading.
I'm not just bugging you with random questions, I'm trying to make a purchase, it's kind of annoying that its so difficult.
I just thought you should know so maybe you can improve on that in the future.
BTW, All will be forgiven if you get my machine to me in one piece and its half as good as it's supposed to be.
Ok well maybe for that kind of money it should be exactly as good as its supposed to be... but you get the point.

I do apologize that you are having such a hard time getting through. I do see your message was received and has been taken care of and your order has been processed. Monday's are always very busy for us as we are coming off a weekend.
However as I mentioned, I have checked your order and everything looks good and you should have received a status update already as well. |

I looked at your order and it does appear that everything has been processed and taken care of. Being an 'A+' rated business means that you provide great products, service, and resolve any issues your customers have to their satisfaction. It doesn't necessarily mean that you will never goto voicemail, but, I do agree that it is important for all customers to speak to our staff when they need to. We've been working on taking care of this issue, and mainly its because of the busy "Back to School" season which has kept our resources stretched thin.
