I changed my configuration up a bit and put the 1050w power supply and added windows professional. Would 1050w be alright or should i just stick with 800w? Also do i need to change the memory or keep it at 8GB.

That's a real nice rig. The 1050hx psu gives you the option to sli, 2x video card and a modular unit that doesn't require re-routing the cables if a psu swap is needed. If you never will sli then the 750hx is also great, modular and less $$$. Good luck

For gaming 8GB of RAM is all you need. If you plan on doing photo editing/rendering or multitasking then you way want to consider 16GB of RAM.
